Qualifications

• Leadership experience within the maintenance department in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment
• Computerized maintenance management systems experience
• Must be willing and able to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment and mitigate hazards before work begins.
• Develop trusted relationships with direct reports.
• Coach employees with honest feedback to drive performance.
• Support individuals to improve performance and learn new skills and understand long-term vision for the department.
• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment used in corrugated industry.
• Prioritize daily work in coordination with operations for maximum value and uptime.
• Supervise maintenance functions across electrical, controls, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors to plan and execute site job scopes.
