Job summary

You will coordinate with Sales and Product teams, inspect job sites, authorize payments, and drive improvements in plan quality and budget management. A university degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and permits.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and evaluate work quality.
• Review construction drawings for errors or conflicts and modify as needed.
• Update project schedules and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule while meeting contractual obligations and safety rules.
• Stop noncompliant work and negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
• Manage customer experience through clear communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to address plan quality, trade performance, and budget challenges.
• Inspect sites for safety compliance and quality standards.
• Authorize payments to trade partners when standards are met.
• Participate in trade partner recruiting and vetting.
