Qualifications

• Requires practical knowledge of construction processes and schedules.
• Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience with 2-4 years in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and evaluate work quality and efficiency.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan conflicts arise.
• Update project schedules and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and meet safety and contractual obligations.
• Stop noncompliant work and address safety concerns promptly.
• Manage customer experience with clear communications and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve plan quality and budget adherence.
• Inspect trade work for timely completion and quality, and authorize payments.
