Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, invites you to join our team as a Construction Management Intern in Kentucky. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple lines of business including project management, asphalt plant operations, crew coordination, and business management tasks.

Responsibilities span bidding, contracts setup, working with estimators and project managers, and learning job cost, P&L basics, and material logistics. Travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or Operations Management.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Learn project management for both public and private jobs.
• Work with estimators and project managers.
• Assist asphalt plant operations and yard crew.
• Understand job cost and basic P&L concepts.
• Understand aggregates materials and logistics.

Formation

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or Operations Management
