Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction/Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management on public and private jobs and learn bidding processes.
• Support with contracts, subcontracts, and coordination with estimators and foremen.
• Spend time in asphalt plant operations and with yard crews to learn workflows.
• Learn about job cost, monthly projections, and basic P&L concepts.
• Assist with safety practices and general maintenance activities.
