Job summary

NVR, Inc. offers a 12-week Construction Management Intern program in the United States.

This paid internship provides hands-on experience across project management, sales, land research, building products, and mortgage banking, with opportunities to apply classroom learning to real-home construction. You will shadow an experienced Project Manager, interact with customers and subcontractors, and gain exposure to our end-to-end homebuilding process.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.
• Current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in Sales & Marketing to understand the new home sales lifecycle.
• Learn Land Research and forecast future homebuilding activity in a growing metro area.
• Tour Building Products operations, including production plant and design offices.
• Gain exposure to Mortgage Banking and home loan financing processes.
