Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Chicago seeks a motivated College Superintendent Intern/Co-op to gain hands-on experience on varied projects, from commercial to multi-family. You will shadow superintendents, help with scheduling, coordinate with subcontractors, and support project delivery from start to finish.

Ideal candidates study Construction Management or Civil Engineering, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and are willing to travel.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites and gain hands-on experience from field personnel.
• Learn on the job by creating schedules and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Assist in ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
• Make meaningful contributions to ARCO’s project life cycle.
