Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a motivated Superintendent Intern to join our team in Missouri. You will assist on job sites, learn scheduling and subcontractor coordination, and contribute to project life-cycle tasks under the guidance of experienced Superintendents.

The internship emphasizes hands-on learning, daily site exposure, and a path to full-time opportunities, with competitive hourly compensation and housing near the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Co-op or intern construction experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking long periods, uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on job sites across diverse projects.
• Learn to create schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage project flow.
• Contribute to project life-cycle tasks and help ARCO succeed.
