ARCO Companies in the United States is offering a Summer/Internship opportunity as a Superintendent Intern. You will assist on diverse jobsites, learn scheduling, coordinate with subcontractors, and help ensure a smooth start-to-finish project flow.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a 3.0 GPA, may have prior co-op or intern experience, and should be ready for on-site field work with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree.
• GPA minimum 3.0/4.0.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands on site (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work on jobsites and assist superintendents across various project types.
• Learn scheduling, subcontractor communication and project execution.
• Contribute to the project life cycle and on-the-job tasks.
