Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent Intern/Co-op in Indianapolis to gain hands-on field experience across the full lifecycle of a project.

You will work alongside seasoned professionals and participate in field operations, safety leadership, scheduling, and quality control to help deliver projects on time and to ARCO standards. The role emphasizes strong communication, a solid work ethic, and active licensure, with housing stipends and benefits available for interns/Co-ops

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/ConstructionEngineering or Construction Management degree program
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Active Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals
• Assist with field operations from site mobilization through project completion
• Participate in daily safety meetings, job site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractor activities to keep projects on schedule
• Observe and support quality inspections to ensure work meets plans and ARCO standards
