Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program or a Co-op, with at least 1 year of coursework completed.
• Interest in construction management and related fields.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn on a live construction site.

Responsibilities

• Assist on active construction project sites with supervision and coordination.
• Support meeting coordination, material tracking, file management, and progress reporting.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required on site.
• Relate academic learning to practical field activities and assignments.
• Participate in training, meetings, and orientation.
