Exelon is seeking a dedicated professional to process and manage service requests for new residential and commercial construction, upgrades, and demolitions. You will coordinate with builders, track contracts, and provide a single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, attendance, and organization, plus experience with customer management systems and standard office software. On-site work with field teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering or business with 1 year customer-contact experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Experience with CC&B or similar customer management system.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Access.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and track requests in CIMS and Passport.
• Process and schedule service installations for electric via builder requests.
• Prepare and track service and street light contracts.
• Support Design and Construction Consultants.
• Serve as single point of contact for builders and customers for new residential/commercial construction, upgrades, demolitions.
• Maintain files for each project.
• Process, duplicate and distribute Work Order Packages for Field Construction Work.
