Job summary

Exelon is seeking an administrative professional to support daily Timesheet (ETL) and Operational Excellence data entry, update of ARCOS work schedules, and preparation of Material Requests. Responsibilities

• Daily Timesheet (ETL) and Operational Excellence data entry, update ARCOS schedules, identify/correct mismatches, and report findings to management.
• Prepare and review all Material Requests for accuracy, maintain daily records and files, enter LMS training sheets, process Damage Claim reports, schedule JULIES and prepare work packets for crews.
• Monitor Vacation schedule issues, reconcile P-Card invoices, update and enter job information and cable fault attributes data in PassPort, and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• Note: storm activation support may require overtime and cross-department clerical support as described in the posting notes.
