Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support paving and construction projects across Texas. You will perform tasks from shoveling to operating small tools while maintaining safety and efficient site operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and construction experience. Must pass pre-employment checks; travel and night/weekend work may be required. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related experience in the construction field.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Assist crew with shoveling, raking, moving materials, and operating small tools as needed.
• Coordinate with Foreman and traffic control devices around the jobsite.
• Lift and transport construction materials and keep sites clean and organized.
