Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support paving and construction projects across Texas. The role includes shifting between tasks and maintaining safety while assisting crews on site.

Responsibilities cover material handling, equipment signaling, and following Foreman directions. Candidates should be able to pass pre-employment screenings and work in a team, including nights or weekends when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous related experience in the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist construction/paving crew with duties like shoveling, raking, and wheelbarrow work.
• Back/dump trucks into paver under supervision and signal operators for alignment.
• Follow Foreman guidance on daily tasks and project-specific expectations.
• May be required to operate small power tools such as jackhammers.
• Digs, spreads, and levels construction materials; lifts and carries supplies.
