You will work with field teams and SMEs to turn knowledge into practical, measurable learning that impacts performance.

The role focuses on onboarding, role-based learning, leadership development, and career growth, requiring collaboration with operational leaders and a strong budget and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, organizational development, education, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Progressive experience designing, facilitating, and managing learning programs in a business environment.
• Experience working with operational leaders and subject matter experts to create practical, job-relevant training.
• Experience developing onboarding, role-based learning, career development, leadership development, or train-the-trainer programs.
• Construction industry experience is strongly helpful, particularly field or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the learning strategy and annual learning plan.
• Align development priorities with business goals, workforce needs, and resources.
• Establish practical standards for learning design, delivery, documentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the learning budget and investments based on business needs and impact.
• Build onboarding and role-based learning paths for construction positions and transitions.
• Design learning through workshops, field experiences, and self-paced content.
• Collaborate with field and office leaders, employees, HR, safety, and SMEs.
• Coach leaders to become effective trainers and mentors.
• Lead programs from idea to impact and measure outcomes.
• Maintain learning records and report participation, completion, and results.
• Evaluate learning platforms and tools to support needs.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership.
