Job summary

Brown Haven Homes is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own and scale training across construction, sales, design, finance, and support teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers to create practical, field-based training and 30-60-90 day plans for new hires, with a focus on rapid ramp-up and continuous growth.

You’ll travel across eight markets, build reusable training playbooks, and measure impact through ramp time and retention, driving a high-performance culture and exceptional team

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and delivering training programs across multiple departments or roles.
• Experience designing onboarding and 30-60-90 day plans.
• Strong facilitation and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own training and development across Brown Haven Homes.
• Build role-specific training plans for construction, sales, design, finance, and more.
• Create 30-60-90 day plans for new hires before their first day.
• Standardize onboarding across markets and shorten ramp time.
• Measure completion, ramp time, and retention to improve training.
