Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager to provide support and training for Job Order Contracting (JOC) clients within a defined geographic area, leveraging Gordian’s construction data and software. Primary responsibilities include managing accounts, driving renewals and upsells, and coordinating project support to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in construction procurement, management, or related healthcare construction.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account(s); develop positive working relationships with all customers and construction contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert of construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
• Oversight of project support including scope development, material take-offs from plans and specifications, proposal review, and construction management.
• Work closely with and manage Account Managers on day-to-day operational processes including contract renewals, schedules, troubleshooting, and software training.
• Identify root causes of customer success issues and drive requirements for process enhancement.
