Job summary

RJM Construction in Minnesota is seeking an IT Manager to lead a hands-on and strategic technology function supporting all information systems, infrastructure, and operations across our projects. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive digital transformation, manage vendors, and ensure secure, reliable platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Procore ERP, and SQL reporting.

• 3+ years IT management experience in a similar environment.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity, data backup, and business continuity planning.

• Oversee security, devices, and cloud platforms; manage MSPs and vendors.
• Develop and implement IT department plan aligned with company goals.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks, and project status to leaders.
