MTI is seeking a hands-on and strategic IT Manager to lead the organization's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations in Brooklyn Center, MN. The role partners with leaders to identify technology needs, drive innovation, and improve processes that boost productivity and decision-making.

The IT Manager will oversee Microsoft 365, backups, and security while guiding ERP/CRM and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and project leadership.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, servers, networks, and business applications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and IT governance.
• Experience leading technology projects and managing third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and enterprise software platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, email systems, cloud platforms, software, hardware, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, performance, and security across all locations.
• Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, policies, and best practices.
• Develop technology standards, documentation, and procedures.
• Train employees on software, hardware, cybersecurity, and productivity tools.
