Qualifications

• 3+ years IT management experience, construction sector preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Office-based role; regular in-office collaboration required.
• Significant experience managing third‑party vendors and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Shape and govern enterprise IT strategy, systems, and security; align with RJM’s goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end IT operations, project delivery, and documentation.
• Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring accountability and collaboration across departments.
• Manage cybersecurity policies, device management, DR/BC plans, and vendor relationships.
