Interns are assigned to a primary department or function and gain experience through rotations, project work, office and field activities, and jobsite observation. You will collaborate with teams across the company, learn industry terminology and safety requirements, follow standard operating procedures, and explore potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year college and entering junior or senior year.
• Pursuing a degree related to the internship area such as business, construction, or related fields.
• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in office, field, or jobsite settings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the assigned department, division, office, field location, jobsite, or business function.
• Assist with department projects, research, reporting, administrative tasks, and coordination.
• Learn and apply department responsibilities, industry terminology, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with teams to understand how different areas support homebuilding and customer experience.
• Participate in training programs, rotations, and other learning opportunities.
