Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an Insurance Coordinator to support project teams in coordinating insurance compliance, documentation, and reporting across multiple projects. The role ensures prime contract and subcontractor insurance requirements are tracked and documented in alignment with company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in administrative support or insurance coordination, with CRIS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, contract compliance, or insurance coordination.
• CRIS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance and surety compliance for projects and vendors.
• Review certificates of insurance and endorsements; escalate discrepancies.
• Support Builder's Risk, CCIP/OCIP enrollment and SDI documentation.
• Collaborate with vConstruct COI processing to ensure consistency.
• Assist in preparing insurance documentation and participate in related meetings.
