Job summary

Lockton, serving clients in Hartford, CT, is seeking an Analyst to support Client Managers, Senior Client Managers, and Account Executives in servicing and growing a dedicated construction project book. You will interact with clients and carriers to ensure service excellence and accurate coverage details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance preferred, or a business-related program and/or experience is required.
• Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support servicing of a dedicated construction project book of business (including General Liability, Builders Risk, Pollution and Professional Liability).
• Engage with Lockton Construction and Real Estate teams, plus direct interaction with clients and insurance carriers.
• Develops and maintains favorable internal and external relationships to provide high levels of customer service.
• Review program details (quotes, binders, endorsements) with Client and Insurer; gather exposure information for new business and renewals.
• Work with Technical Services Team to issue certificates of insurance, invoices, and compliance documents.
• Research Construction Liability market, carrier relations and trends.
