Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to oversee an assigned book, retain clients, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day admin, service requests, billing, renewals, and coverage analysis while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, hold an active property& casualty license, and preferably a CIC designation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active property & casualty licensing required.
• Professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Renewals: negotiate coverages, prepare submissions, present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure data accuracy in agency management systems.
• Maintain frequent communication with the account team regarding workload and issues.
