Responsibilities include renewals, policy administration, billing, claims handling, and proactive service. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management, a P&C license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
