The role requires P&C licensing and strong service, analytics, and organizational skills to manage policy renewals, billing, and claims, while coordinating with carrier/vendor platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions.
• Handle policy administrations, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
