Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and answer policy questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing and proposal development.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection.
• Resolve billing and payment issues as needed.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
