Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Account Management team.

The role encompasses day-to-day client service, policy administration, and renewal management across a commercial book of business. We welcome candidates with 5–10+ years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license; CIC or equivalent designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
