Jonus Group is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support a construction insurance team. The role focuses on general liability and excess policies, handling renewals, endorsements, and client communications. Hybrid work after training with onsite start and some remote days, plus company-provided equipment.

The candidate will assist with proposals, finance agreements, and maintaining client records while aiming for accurate, compliant service in a family-oriented environment.

Formación

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with managing a book of business valued at $20 million, focusing on accounts ranging from $300,000 to $2 million.
• Support renewal processes by sending out renewal emails, following up on documentation, and updating underwriting analysis.
• Process endorsements, policies, forms, and tax filings as needed.
• Prepare proposals and create finance agreements.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• File documents and emails from insureds and agents.
• Occasionally make outbound calls to agents to follow up on pending items.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals initially and gradual involvement in new business accounts.
