Job summary

Qualifications

• P&C license required; agency will cover licensing costs within the first 2 months.
• Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management, with construction accounts preferred.
• CRIS designation is a plus.
• Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business focused on mid-to-large construction accounts.
• Handle renewals, quoting new and renewal business, and providing exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless account handling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in the agency management system (EPIC preferred).
• Mentor and support team members, with opportunities for leadership development.
