Responsibilities

• Observe, inspect, and report on federal construction projects for workmanship and materials compliance.
• Perform welding inspections related to steel fabrication.
• Oversee coating inspections and testing of various coating systems.
• Inspect structural bolting methods and installations.
• Review plans and advise government personnel on contract specs and changes.
• Monitor contractor QA systems and three-phase inspection process.
• Ensure QA and safety plans are followed on site.
