Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; construction management degree a plus.
• 3+ years of inspection experience on U.S. Government construction projects preferred.
• HVAC technician or journeyman experience highly valued; electrician experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection and surveillance of construction activities to ensure conformance with contract drawings, specifications and NASA MSFC standards.
• Review submittals for accuracy and monitor via Procore.
• Evaluate requests for progress payments from contractors.
• Generate daily inspection reports showing progress and schedule status.
