Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead onboarding, configure workflows, deliver training, and help customers adopt digital solutions that improve planning, design, build and operations.

This role primarily supports North American accounts, with a focus on strategic GCs and Trade Contractors. You will travel up to 50%, work with Autodesk product and sales teams, and help scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractors experience
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (plan, design, construction, operate)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person engagements
• Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build, or related Autodesk solutions is preferred
• Experience leading software implementation, workflow transformation, training, or consulting in the AEC industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations and recommend best practices
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across plan, design, build, operate lifecycle
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational transformation
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and customer success strategies
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices
• Share implementation insights with Autodesk product teams to influence product direction
