Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience with benefits administration and employee relations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers in English and Spanish.
• Assists employee relations activities, including handling complaints and investigations.
• Provides coaching to managers on performance, discipline, and corrective action.
• Administers health insurance, leave programs, and 401(k)/retirement plans.
• Communicates benefits and HR programs to employees in both languages as needed.
• Coordinates open enrollment and benefits communications, system updates, and data audits.
• Supports training and employee communication for a bilingual workforce.
• Maintains compliance with FMLA, ADA, and EEO, and HR policies.
• Maintains HRIS and timekeeping systems; generates reports for decision-making.
• Collaborates with recruiters to facilitate onboarding across job sites nationwide.
