Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws, workers’ comp regulations, and HR best practices.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for field and office positions.
• Assist hiring managers with staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Ensure smooth integration of employees into teams and culture.
• Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and final pay.
• Assist with workers’ compensation and insurance claims.
• Develop and implement HR policies and conduct regular audits.
