Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate or construction environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting both office and field employees strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting: post, screen, interview, and offer extensions.
• Facilitate onboarding and new-hire orientation with required documentation.
• Handle background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Assist with leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, ADA) and benefits inquiries.
• Support payroll processing and employee changes as needed.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits.
• Support offboarding activities and exit documentation.
