Greet candidates and manage the application flow.

Responsibilities

Greet candidates in the lobby and assist with applications and pre-employment assessments.
Inform applicants of manpower needs relative to their craft and verify work history and certifications.
Maintain employee-owner records (I-9, W-4, and related documents) and ensure forms are complete.
Communicate status to recruitment by updating applicant management databases and sending updates.
Assist recruiters and medical department with administrative tasks as needed.
Provide ad hoc reports to the craft recruiting manager when required.
Answer telephones and emails promptly and route to the appropriate parties.
