Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in high-volume customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates in the lobby, assist with applications and pre-employment assessments.
• Inform applicants of manpower needs relative to their craft, verify work history and craft certifications.
• Maintain employee-owner records including I-9 and W-4 forms and related documents.
• Communicate status of applicants to recruitment by updating the applicant management database and sending status notifications.
• Assist recruiters and medical department with administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide ad hoc reports to the craft recruiting manager as needed.
• Answer telephones and emails promptly and direct calls to appropriate parties.
• Other duties as assigned.
