Job summary

Doxel Inc. is hiring its first dedicated Sales Enablement & Training Manager to help enterprise AEs become credible construction-domain experts and to build scalable enablement.

You will design onboarding, certification programs, playbooks, and AI-assisted training, partnering with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate product releases into sales-ready content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across sales, training, and enablement.
• Demonstrated excellence as a teacher and coach.
• Strong learning agility to master a new domain quickly.
• Fluency with AI tools to build training at scale.
• Solid understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales and methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Command of the Message).
• 0→1 experience building training, onboarding, or programs from scratch.
• Ability to create curricula, playbooks, and certification tracks independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the first formal sales enablement program and strategy.
• Create scalable onboarding for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and CS teams.
• Develop certification frameworks and competency models.
• Build AI-supported training systems and LMS tooling.
• Define enablement KPIs and measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, CS, and RevOps.
