JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Group Manager I to lead the work program across all project phases. You will shape strategy, manage risk, and drive performance and profitability with strong client relationships and preconstruction input.

You will mentor teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and collaborate with senior management to meet contractual and financial targets while upholding JE Dunn values.

Qualificações

• 10+ years construction management experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple large or complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the work program across all project phases.
• Lead safety culture and mentor others to an injury-free environment.
• Develop and support company-wide initiatives, policies and best practices.
• Manage client relationships at a leadership level to win new business and repeat opportunities.
• Lead contract review and negotiate terms to maximize margins and minimize risk.
• Oversee preconstruction activities and develop estimates, schedules, staffing, and business plans.
• Oversee project schedules and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure profitability.
