Job summary

Exscape Designs is seeking a full-time Construction Foreman to lead a 2–3 person crew on outdoor landscape construction and hardscape projects. You will guide daily site work and coordinate materials and equipment to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction or hardscape installations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction equipment safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but are not required.

• Operate and maintain landscape construction equipment and machinery safely.
• Train and mentor crew members to strengthen their skills and support teamwork.
• Monitor project progress and workmanship to ensure quality, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on every job site.
• Participate in snow operations during the winter months.

Compensation

$22-$30 per hour, based on experience and leadership skills. This is a full-time position.
