Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Construction or landscaping experience is a plus; training provided.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction and maintenance of landscape projects.
• Operate hand and power tools to prepare sites.
• Safely operate landscape equipment under supervision.
• Keep job sites clean and organized daily.
• Learn from experienced team members and adopt best practices.
• Participate in winter snow operations to keep properties safe.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and maintenance of landscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate hand and power tools to prepare sites, dig trenches, and move materials as needed.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and machinery under supervision.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, ensuring tools and materials are secured daily.
• Work closely with experienced team members to learn new techniques and best practices.
• Participate in winter snow operations to help keep properties safe and accessible.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required—training is provided for motivated individuals.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality work.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

$19–$23 per hour, based on experience.
