You will operate landscape equipment, mentor team members, uphold safety and professionalism, and participate in winter snow operations to keep properties safe and accessible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

$22.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
