• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 on outdoor construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and project plans to guide installations and manage site logistics.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment, ensuring safe usage.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate materials, and maintain clear communication for customer satisfaction.
• Participate in snow operations during winter to maintain safe spaces.
