Job summary

Exscape Group is seeking a Construction Technician to join a collaborative team and help design and build exceptional outdoor spaces. This hands-on role offers growth, ongoing training, and the chance to contribute tangible results on client projects.

You will assist with landscape, maintenance, and construction tasks, operate tools, and participate in winter snow operations to keep properties safe and accessible. Safety and teamwork are emphasized, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all seasons.
• Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn new skills.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape, maintenance, and construction projects, including building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
• Operate hand and power tools to prepare sites, dig trenches, and move materials as needed.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and machinery to complete project tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site by securing tools and materials at the end of each day.
• Work collaboratively with experienced team members to learn new skills and construction techniques.
• Participate in snow operations during winter months to help keep properties safe and accessible.

Compensation
