Job summary

Exscape Designs is seeking a full-time Construction Foreman to lead a 2–3 person crew on outdoor landscape construction and hardscape projects. You will guide daily site work and coordinate materials and equipment to keep projects on schedule.

This role emphasizes craftsmanship, teamwork and safety, with opportunities to develop your leadership skills in a supportive professional team. We offer competitive pay, full benefits and involvement in all seasonal snow operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction or hardscape installations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction equipment safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but are not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 on outdoor construction and hardscape projects.
• Read blueprints and project plans to guide installation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics to meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely.
• Train and mentor crew members to strengthen skills and teamwork.
• Monitor progress and workmanship for quality and timely completion.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on site.
• Participate in snow operations during winter months.
