Job summary

Winnscapes of Columbus, a leader in high‑end outdoor construction, seeks a Construction Foreman to lead a 2–3 person crew on hardscape and landscape projects, ensuring quality and safety on every job.

You will interpret blueprints, coordinate materials and scheduling, operate landscape equipment, mentor team members, and monitor progress while delivering customer satisfaction and opportunities for growth within a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
