Job summary

WinnScapes of Columbus is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a 2–3 person crew in outdoor landscape and hardscape projects. You will read blueprints, coordinate materials and schedules, and ensure high quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

You will operate construction equipment, mentor teammates, and contribute to winter snow operations to keep community spaces safe year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small crew on outdoor construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to operate landscape construction equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliability in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–3 on outdoor landscape and hardscape projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute designs accurately.
• Oversee installations, materials, logistics, and scheduling.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor crew members to build skills.
