Job summary

Green View in Normal, IL is seeking a Foreman to lead a small landscape crew in hands-on daily tasks—from paving to planting and hardscape installations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in landscape construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.

• Blueprint reading is a plus.

What you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate a small landscape crew
• Plan out construction projects
• Make sure all work hardscapes, plantings, install meets quality standards
• Keep the crew safe and following company/safety rules
• Track materials used and hours worked
• Do hands-on work: paver and stonework, grading, retaining walls, planting
• Help with snow and ice removal in winter
• Handle planting, pruning, mulching, and garden feature installs
• Drive and operate landscape equipment and vehicles

What you need:

• 3-5 years in landscape construction
